I recently stayed at this hotel and I must say it exceeded my expectations. the location was perfect - close to the center of the city but still nestled in a green oasis on the outskirts of Ioannina. The hotel itself was a great value for money, providing basic amenities and comfortable rooms with a nice balcony. The staff were attentive and provided excellent service, making us feel truly welcomed. And last but not least, the breakfast served on the terrace was simply delightful, offering a variety of options to start the day off right.

All aspects of this hotel were satisfactory.

The staff was incredibly nice and customer-centric, always offering helpful travel information. The rooms were cozy, furnished well, and the bed was huge and super comfortable. The location was great in terms of easily accessible sites. the pool was a special treat, and the hotel had a great atmosphere in the evening.

Breakfast shall be improved both in quality, variety of food, and availability. The music by the pool was quite loud from 10:00 to 20:00.

This hotel is a hidden gem tucked away just outside the city core but still close enough to enjoy all the attractions of Ioannina. The location is a perfect balance of being in a green oasis on the outskirts of town while still being in the centre of the beautiful town of Ioannina. The staff at this hotel is extremely attentive and goes above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay. The rooms are well-maintained and come with a nice balcony to enjoy the views. One of the highlights for me was the delicious breakfast that was served each morning.

Decent breakfast and outdoor pool

Stayed here over Christmas and while the breakfast was decent there wasn't much else to recommend it. The outdoor pool was the only good thing here, great for a quick dip and the family running the place were friendly enough. However, the location was not ideal, far from the town center and no public transport links. The room itself was alright, but the bathroom could have used a thorough cleaning- definitely left something to be desired. I wouldn't recommend this hotel for anything other than a budget option.

The location was the biggest downside- too far away from the town center. We had to rely on taxis the whole time.

This hotel is conveniently located close to the city centre but away from any noise pollution in a green oasis on the outskirts of town. The rooms are spacious and decorated uniquely. The breakfast served is fresh and tasty with a view of the pool and garden. Parking space is great and the hotel is pet-friendly.

One of the rooms was full of smoke and the smell was prevalent throughout the common areas, affecting the non-smoking areas as well.
